BNFx Kids
Move. Think. Play. Together, every day.
A daily place where children aged 4 to 13 move, think and play together, away from screens. Our first BNFx Kids centre is opening soon.
Why BNFx Kids
Giving children back resonance
The sociologist Hartmut Rosa describes modern life as an acceleration that leaves us connected to everything, yet out of touch with our body, our attention and the people around us. His answer is resonance: moments when we are fully engaged with the world, and the world answers back.
Children feel it first: screens capture their attention, sitting replaces play, and machines start thinking for them. BNFx Kids gives them back resonance, every day, in four relationships:

With their body
Real movement, effort and the joy of play.
With their mind
Attention, memory and quick thinking, trained through games rather than screens.
With others
Cooperation, laughter and the strength of the group.
With themselves
Naming what they feel, calming down and learning to recharge.
The BNFx engine
Effort first, then learning
Every session follows the same rhythm as BNFx for adults: a short burst of physical play, followed straight away by a smart game.
1 · Effort first
Running, jumping, relays and dance raise the heart rate. Effort helps the brain produce BDNF, a protein that helps neurons connect.
2 · Then learning
The games children love, like Simon says, spot the pair, riddles and musical statues: memory, colours, logic and left-right coordination, while the brain is ready.
3 · Repeat in cycles
Several effort-and-learning rounds, so attention is renewed rather than exhausted.
4 · Then rest
Calm, breathing and a guided rest let the day settle.
Not a sports club, which trains the body, nor a learning app, which trains the mind while the body sits still: BNFx Kids trains both, together, with other children.
Programmes
Three age groups, one rhythm
BNFx DynamiK
4–7 years · 75 minutes · energy
Movement games, colours and shapes, a short story-led rest and an emotion wheel with drawings.
BNFx FoKus
7–10 and 10–13 years · 90 minutes · attention and calm
After school: attention and strategy games cut by movement breaks, guided rest and an integration circle. Almost entirely screen-free.
BNFx Teens
13+ · 90 minutes · phone-free
Phones stay in a locked dock: real effort, sharp thinking and real friends. Team challenges, a deep-focus block and tools for exam stress and sleep.
Every day
A rhythm that feels safe
Rituals
The same opening and closing every day, a gong or a song before each change, a visual timetable and a BNFx notebook to see progress.
Inclusion
Designed with an education specialist for atypical and neurodivergent children: visual cues, a quiet corner and other ways to take part.
Safeguarding first
Background checks, never one adult alone with a child, about one adult for eight children, and no photos without written parental consent.
Inspired by Dr Daniel Siegel’s Wheel of Awareness: children name how they feel when they arrive and how they leave, and team games teach the “MWe”: I count, and together we are stronger.
Our first BNFx Kids centre opens soon
Weekday afternoons, staggered by age so drop-off stays calm, with welcome consultations in the morning to find the right level for each child. Next: schools and resort kids’ clubs.
BNFx Kids is not therapy and makes no promise of school results or about any condition. It offers a healthy, joyful daily rhythm that children no longer get by default.
