This policy explains how BNFx™ Academy ("we") processes personal data through this website. We follow the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nFADP) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP Act).

What we collect

When you apply: your name, email, phone (optional), region and city, professional background, experience, chosen level, motivation text, an optional video link and how you heard about us. When you write to us: the content of your message and your contact details. Our web host records technical logs (IP address, browser, time of access) for security and operation.

Why we use it

To assess your application, organise castings and training, answer your questions and, only if you agreed, send you occasional news. The legal basis is your consent and the steps needed before a possible contract with you.

Who receives it

The BNFx team in Switzerland and, for applicants in India, our COO in India. Our web and email host processes data on our behalf. We do not sell your data. When data is shared between Switzerland and India, we protect it with appropriate safeguards.

How long we keep it

Applications are kept for up to 24 months after the end of the casting, then deleted, unless you become a coach, in which case they become part of your coach file. You can unsubscribe from news at any time.

Your rights

You may ask to access, correct or delete your data, withdraw your consent, object to processing or receive a copy of your data. Write to info@bnfx.academy. You may also contact the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) or, in the EU or India, the competent authority.
