Sylvain is the creator of the BNFx method. For more than 25 years he has worked where performance, human dynamics and the body meet. He began on stage as an international performer, singing for Queen Elizabeth II, before taking on senior roles in luxury hospitality and major events, including Director of Hospitality at the Olympic Games in Turin and Beijing. For over a decade he has facilitated programmes for executives at IMD Business School and EHL. His work draws on neuroscience for business (MIT), interpersonal neurobiology (Mindsight Institute, Dr Dan Siegel), brain-based coaching (NeuroLeadership Institute) and yoga therapy (E-RYT 500). He is also an ICF-certified coach (ACC). BNFx brings together all of these paths into one conviction: the brain needs training as much as the body, and it learns best when we move, think and laugh together.

Atharva is a graduate of EHL Hospitality Business School and an ISSA-certified personal trainer. He gained his luxury service experience at The Ritz-Carlton, and he brings together human performance and experience design. As BNFx's COO, he leads the development of the BNFx Academy, builds our network of certified coaches and turns the BNFx vision into a scalable international operation. Originally from Pune, he also drives the launch of BNFx in India, where Swiss research meets Indian energy. He combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, with one aim: to build something meaningful that lasts.

Dr Korkodelovic is a medical doctor specialising in anaesthesiology (FMH). He is a former President of Ahim'SA, a non-profit organisation in Cape Town, South Africa, that promotes peaceful coexistence. A long-time Vipassana practitioner, he brings together medical rigour and a deep understanding of the mind. As Scientific Advisor, he ensures that the BNFx method is presented as a non-medical offer, firmly grounded in science. His input gives our coaches and ambassadors the knowledge they need to speak with confidence, and he strengthens their continuing education.
