1. At BNFx, we respect your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect through bnfx.academy, why we collect it, how we protect it and what rights you have. 1. Who is responsible for your data The controller responsible for processing your personal data is:

2. What data we collect

When you apply to become a coach:

• first and last name, email address, phone number (optional)
• country and region
• your main practice, qualifications and years of experience
• the levels you are interested in
• your message and how you heard about us
• later, if you continue the process, your 2-minute selfie video, which shows your image and voice

When you contact us:

• your name, email address, the type of organisation you represent and your message

When you visit our website:

• technical data such as your IP address, browser type, device, pages visited, date and time of visit
• cookie data, as described in section 7

We do not ask for sensitive data such as your health, religion or political opinions. Please do not include such information in your messages.

We never sell your personal data. 4. Who can see your data Your data is only accessed by people who need it:

• The BNFx team involved in selection, training and operations. Some team members may be based outside Switzerland, including in India.
• Our service providers, who process data on our behalf under contract:
• website and email hosting: Infomaniak Network SA, Geneva, Switzerland
• [video transfer or storage tool, if used: name, country]
• [newsletter tool, if used: name, country]
• [statistics tool, if used: name, country]
• Authorities, only if the law requires it.

5. Transfers outside Switzerland and the EU Your data is mainly stored in Switzerland. When we share data with team members or providers in countries without an adequate level of data protection, as recognised by the Swiss Federal Council or the European Commission (for example India), we protect it with appropriate safeguards, in particular the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission and recognised in Switzerland. You can ask us for a copy of these safeguards.

6. How long we keep your data

• Applications that do not lead to certification: deleted 12 months after our last contact, unless you ask us to keep you informed of future sessions.
• Selfie videos: deleted [6] months after the selection decision.
• Certified coaches: kept for as long as the licence is active, then for the period required by law (up to 10 years for accounting records).
• Contact messages: deleted [24] months after our last exchange.
• Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.
• Technical and cookie data: according to the duration shown in the cookie settings.

7. Cookies Our website uses cookies, which are small files stored on your device.

• Necessary cookies: required for the website to work. They cannot be turned off.
• Statistics cookies: help us understand how visitors use the site. Used only with your consent.
• Marketing cookies: used to measure our campaigns or show relevant content. Used only with your consent.

You can change your choices at any time using the cookie settings at the bottom of each page, or delete cookies in your browser. External content: if we embed videos or social media content (for example YouTube), the provider may collect data when you view it. We load such content only with your consent. 8. Your rights Under Swiss law (FADP) and, where applicable, the EU GDPR, you have the right to:

• access the personal data we hold about you
• correct inaccurate data
• delete your data
• restrict or object to certain processing
• receive your data in a common format (data portability)
• withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting what was done before
• not be subject to automated decisions. We do not make automated decisions about applications. Every application is reviewed by a person.

To use these rights, write to info@bnfx.academy. We may ask you to confirm your identity, and we will answer within 30 days. You can also file a complaint with a supervisory authority:

• Switzerland: Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC), www.edoeb.admin.ch
• EU: the data protection authority in your country of residence

9. Security We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. These include secure hosting in Switzerland, encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access limited to the people who need it. No transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we work to protect your data at every step. 10. Age Our coach programme is for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. 11. Changes to this policy We may update this policy as BNFx grows, for example when our company is registered or we use new tools.
