How we choose our coaches
BNFx coaches come from many backgrounds. You might be a fitness instructor or personal trainer, or a teacher of yoga, Pilates or dance fitness. Some of our coaches are movement therapists, or wellbeing professionals who love working with groups. What brings them together is curiosity: they want to understand what happens in the mind and the brain when people move, and to use that understanding to support their clients even better. We look for people who care about the link between body and mind, and about what keeps people sharp, balanced and well for life. You bring your craft. BNFx adds a new dimension to it. What we ask for:
- a recognised qualification in a movement discipline, or solid teaching experience
- a valid first-aid certificate
- energy, warmth and a sense of humour
The process is simple:
- Fill in a short application form.
- Send us a 2-minute selfie video of yourself leading one movement while asking a simple question.
- If it's a fit, we'll invite you to a short call to get to know you.
We don't look for perfect athletes. We look for people who make others want to come back. We are proudly encouraging diversity and inclusion for a better world. We all have something great to offer.
Your interpersonal talent counts more than anything. Then we focus on safety in the practice.
Training
Our training is designed to fit into a working coach's life.
- Online foundation: about 8 hours of learning at your own pace, over two to three weeks. You'll learn the thinking behind BNFx, how a class is built and how to lead it safely. A short quiz confirms you're ready.
- Flex day: a full day in person, learning by doing. You'll practise, teach short blocks to your peers and get direct feedback from our trainers. A tour is scheduled near your city - we will send you our schedule..
- Practice: you then teach real classes in your own setting, with our support.
From application to certification it may take about six to ten weeks.
Every coach starts with Flex, the format you can teach anywhere.

Learning & Assessment
What you'll learn, and your Coach Booklet
BNFx is a method, not a playlist. During your training you'll explore:
- why moving and thinking together matters, in plain language
- how a BNFx class is built, and why every minute has a purpose
- how to deliver brain challenges in the middle of the effort
- how to adapt for every age and level, from Energy to Longevity
- safety, inclusion and creating a space where mistakes are fun
- your voice, timing and energy as a coach
You'll leave with your Coach Booklet, your reference guide to the method, the class structure, coaching cues and safety rules.
Each quarter, a new Release brings fresh challenges, music and coach notes. Your toolkit never stands still
How you'll be assessed
Certification has to mean something, for you and for your participants. After your training, you have 60 days to teach a few practice classes and send us a video of one full class. Our trainers score it on six criteria:
- safety
- movement quality
- challenge delivery
- energy and fun
- inclusion
- class structure
Each one is clearly explained in your training, so there are no surprises. If something isn't quite there yet, you'll get specific feedback and a second chance to submit, at no extra cost.
When you pass, you become a certified BNFx Coach, with your licence, your listing in our coach finder and your marketing kit.

Certification is the beginning, not the end.
As a licensed BNFx Coach, you receive:
- A new Release every quarter: new challenges, music and coach notes, so your classes stay fresh.
- A marketing kit: visuals, texts and social media content ready to use.
- A listing in our coach finder, so people searching for BNFx can find you.
- A global community: monthly calls, shared ideas and peer support.
- Direct access to our team for questions, advice and new opportunities.
You teach. We keep the method alive, the content new and the brand growing.
How we keep quality high
Every BNFx class, everywhere, should feel like BNFx. That protects your reputation as much as ours. So we stay close to our coaches:
Participant feedback: after class, members rate their experience in seconds with a QR code.
Coach dashboard: you see your attendance, your return rate and your feedback month by month.
Yearly check-in: a short video at licence renewal keeps standards consistent around the world.
Support first: if something needs work, we coach you through it.
Quality isn't about control. It's how we make sure every coach can be proud of the name on the class.
Now and the Future
How you grow with BNFx
BNFx grows with you.
After certification, you can add:
- Premium Coach: work one-to-one with private and VIP clients.
- Specialist: bring BNFx into therapy, wellbeing and retreats.
- Immersive: lead classes with screens, light and sound in licensed clubs and hotels.
Our most experienced coaches can later become Master Trainers, training the next generation of BNFx coaches.
Our corporate department needs qualified and enthusiastic coaches for interventions in corporate environments
